All consultation forms and treatment records are kept as paper records and are stored securely in a locked cabinet within my home treatment room.

How Long Records Are Kept
Client records are retained in accordance with professional insurance requirements (usually 7 years after your last appointment, or longer for minors). After this time, records will be securely destroyed.
